Payment and Shipping Terms

Moody Sounds, org. number 7511152915, is a sole proprietorship in Färjestaden, Sweden. Since the start in 2006, the majority of sales take place from this online store. Moody Sounds welcomes customers from all over the world but different Purchase and Shipping terms apply, see the different headings below.

Shipping terms (customers within Sweden)

All orders are sent with Svenska Postnord. For a detailed description of the different shipping options mentioned below, see Postnord's website.

When you complete your order, you can choose between two of Postnord's shipping options, (provided that you will not pick up your order on site in Färjestaden, or that other arrangements have been made for delivery). The two selectable shipping options are 1st class letter/Commodity letter Domestic and Registered letter "REK". We have fixed prices for all orders to be sent and it is SEK 39 incl. VAT for 1st class letters/ Domestic waybills and SEK 99 incl. VAT REG.

If you choose 1st class letter/ Domestic consignment note and if you buy for less than SEK 300 incl. VAT, and if what you ordered weighs less than 50 grams, your order is usually sent as 1st class mail. A 1st class letter must be delivered two working days after it is sent, and it is not provided with a parcel number. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Both the consignment note and REK are assigned a parcel number and you can follow the shipment from Postnord's website. The package number is sent to your email address or as an SMS to your mobile, if you provide your mobile number when you create your account or place the order. Goods letter is delivered to your home if it is possible to deliver to your door or mailbox. If that is not possible, it goes to your post office and you can pick it up there. REK goes directly to an agent and you can pick up the package and you must show identification in connection with it.

Regardless of whether your order is sent as First Class Letter, Goods Letter or REK, it should be delivered, or available for collection at your post office, one to two working days after it is sent. Orders are processed daily and we do our best to ship the same day, or possibly the next business day, that the order is received. If you choose advance payment to bank giro as a payment method, you can expect it to take a day longer to process your order, as it takes a day to see that funds have been transferred.

If for any reason there are delays in order processing, we promise to let you know! It is also fine to call or email and say what you want to buy and where it should be sent.

Terms of purchase (customers within Sweden)

When you place your order, you can choose how you want to pay for it. The following options are available for Swedish customers

  1. VISA/Matercard via Klarna
  2. Swish / mobile bank ID via Klarna
  3. Invoice via Klarna
  4. Paypal
  5. Advance payment to bank giro

For all payment options except Invoice via Klarna, you must pay in advance. For all options except option 5, Advance payment to bank giro, we start processing when the order comes to our attention. For option 5, processing begins when the payment is transferred via bank giro, which is normally one banking day after payment. Required information to complete the purchase is specified under the respective payment option at checkout.

Specific conditions for payment by invoice via Klarna

If you choose invoice payment, your invoice will be sent to your email address. The credit period is always at least 14 days from the invoice date. A reminder fee is added in case of non-payment. If you shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29,00 is added, and if you shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60,00 is added in reminder fee. A late payment interest of 24,00% plus applicable reference interest is also added. Shipping terms (customers outside Sweden)

Moody Sounds also ships to customers outside Sweden. Since the obligation to pay Swedish VAT depends on your delivery address, we make the following area division in this context:

  1. Sweden
  2. Europe within the EU
  3. Europe outside the EU and the rest of the world

All orders are sent with Swedish PostNord. For a detailed description of the different shipping options mentioned below, see PostNord's website.

For customers in area 2: When you complete your order, you can choose between two of Postnord's shipping options, 1st Class Letter / Trackable Letter Utrikes and EMS Express. We have fixed prices for all orders to be sent and it is SEK 99 incl. VAT for 1st class letter / Trackable letter abroad and SEK 137,50 incl. VAT for REK.

If you choose Trackable Letter Abroad and if you buy for less than SEK 300 incl. VAT, your order is usually sent as First Class Mail even if you have selected Trackable Mail Abroad. A First Class letter must be delivered within a week of being sent and it is not provided with a tracking number. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

For customers in area 3: Your order will be sent as 1st Class Letter or as Tracked Letter (provided that nothing else has been agreed for the delivery). If you buy for less than SEK 300 incl. VAT, your order is usually sent as First Class Mail even if you have selected Trackable Mail Abroad. A First Class letter must be delivered within a week of being sent and it is not provided with a tracking number. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Regardless of whether your order is sent as First Class Letter, Trackable Letter Abroad or REK, it must be delivered, or available for collection at your post office, no later than two weeks after it is sent. Orders are processed daily and we do our best to ship the same day, or possibly the next business day, that the order is received. If you choose advance payment IBAN as a payment method, you can expect it to take one to two days longer to process your order, as it takes one to two days to see that funds have been transferred.

If for any reason there are delays in order processing, we promise to let you know! It is also fine to call or email and say what you want to buy and where it should be sent.

Terms of purchase (customers outside Sweden)

For customers in area 1: All customers pay 25% VAT (included in the displayed price) and a fixed shipping cost depends on the selected shipping option and is added to all orders (which are not picked up here in Färjestaden). Delivery time is normally one weekday.

For customers in area 2: All customers pay Swedish VAT 25%. EU companies (outside Sweden) with a valid VAT number do not pay Swedish VAT. VAT deductions for EU companies are integrated into the store, and the checkout page has a field for VAT numbers. If this field is filled in, VAT will be removed from the price. Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping option and are added to all orders. Delivery time is 2-5 working days.

For customers in area 3: Customer does not pay VAT. The customer may pay import VAT or customs duties in their country, but Moody Sounds is not responsible for that. We declare the goods value of the shipment and leave the rest to the customs in your country. Shipping costs are added to all orders. Delivery time is 3-14 working days.

When you place your order, you can choose how you want to pay for it. The following options are available for customers outside Sweden

  1. VISA/Matercard card
  2. Paypal
  3. Advance payment to IBAN

For all payment options, you must pay in advance. For all options except option 3, Prepayment IBAN, we start processing when the order comes to our attention. For Option 3, processing begins once payment is transferred, which is normally one to two banking days after payment. Required information to complete the purchase is specified under the respective payment option at checkout.

Visa Mastercard. Card payments are handled by DIBS and you can use VISA, Mastercard or American Express. We accept payments in SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, USD.

Purchase and Shipping conditions that apply to all customers

Supplement to order

If you've just placed an order and find you need more items, you can have it shipped with the same package and avoid paying two shipping fees. In that case, get in touch first and check that it's ok, so that we haven't started working on your order or even already sent it. For such an addition, you can choose the delivery option get in store, then we'll send it at no extra shipping cost together with what you ordered first.

Warehouse

All items are counted and when something is sold, the online store automatically corrects the stock balance. The stock balance for each product is indicated just below its price information. As a customer, you can therefore see whether a certain product is available for immediate delivery or not. For most items, it is not possible to buy more than what is in stock. If you want to order a product that is sold out, get in touch and you will receive information about availability and delivery time.

Some products can be purchased even though they are not in stock. In the store it says so available as backorder at this product. It is mainly about ready-made pedals (the parts are in stock but they are not assembled). Even some products with a large turnover, and for which we have short delivery times from the wholesaler, can be ordered with these conditions. Please contact us for information on delivery time for such a product.

Although the inventory is reviewed regularly, it may happen that the displayed inventory balance is incorrect. If this happens, that you buy an item that we don't have at home, we will contact you and we can find out what is best.

Quantity discounts

Several of the items in Moody Sound's store are sold at a lower unit price if you buy more than a certain number. The staggered prices are, where applicable, stated just below the unit price for the respective item. If you put a certain number of items in the shopping cart, the corresponding quantity discount should be visible when you go to the checkout and order.

Return Policy

If you regret a purchase of a Moody product, you are entitled to a refund. This assumes that the item is first returned and that it is in the same condition as when it was sold. For example, if you regret buying a building kit, a refund will be made provided you have not started working with the building kit.

The right of withdrawal applies 14 days after the product has been delivered. The right of withdrawal does not include return postage.

Complaints

If the product you bought does not live up to the product description, you have the right to complain about the product and get your money back. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the purchase. Read more about Right of Cancellation and Complaints at konsumetverket.se

Reimbursement of canceled or complained about goods that have been returned

If you have used Paypal to pay for the item(s) that you regret having purchased, Moody Sounds is not responsible for refunding the fee charged by Paypal in connection with the purchase. Moody Sounds is also not responsible for the fee that Paypal charges in connection with the refund. The refund is made to the Paypal account originally used for the purchase.

If you have used prepayment by bank giro to pay, you must inform us of the appropriate method of repayment (for example, give us your account number).

If you have ordered via Klarna, the refund will also be arranged by Klarna. Klarna will contact you and inform you about how the refund takes place.

Missing shipments

If your order has not arrived after the time specified above, please contact us. Tell us if you have received any information in addition to the one you received from us. We do our best to try to find the letter or package in the first place. Often it is a matter of a delay and if we cannot find the letter or package, we ask you to wait a few days. It is very rare for shipments within Sweden to disappear, but delays of a day or two can occur. Shipments to clear customs may be delayed more than a day or two. If we find that the shipment has gone missing, we will resend your order. This applies on the condition that it is not a unique item that you have ordered. If it is a unique item that has gone missing, it will be refunded.

Your account with MoodySounds

When you create an account with Moody Sounds, you provide your name, address, email and, if you wish, your phone number. In connection with this, you also agree that Moody Sounds stores and uses the data to fulfill obligations towards you. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties. You can choose to receive newsletters via e-mail from us. This can be canceled by contacting us. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that Moody Sounds has registered about you. You can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Diverse

If you place an order and do not pay for it within 30 days, the order will be removed and the item(s) will be returned to Moody Sound's warehouse.
